Official Announcement for our Keto Classes!! It is not just about food!!

KETOGENIC DIET
This diet was used 100 years ago to help children with seizures.

It can help with:

  • Cancer and cancer therapy
  • Diabetes prevention
  • Alzheimer’s prevention
  • Weight loss
  • Reducing inflammation
  • Heart disease
  • Fibromyalgia and many other chronic illnesses

CLASS DAYS AND TIME:
There will be 16 weekly classes starting on January 6th.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 6:00-7:00 pm.
There will only be the one class day and time available.

KETOGENIC DIET CLASSES AT COLLINSVILLE PULBIC LIBRARY WITH DR. FRANNIE KOE

COST:
This class will be free for all DPC patients.
Wills Valley Family Medicine patients will have a $5.00 per class cost.
For the Public cost will be $12.50 per class. That is $50 per month which is the DPC fee so you can also participate in tghe DPC clinic during classes.
To see if you may qualify for a special discount please call Valley Care DPC or Wills Valley Family Medicine.
If you  pay for all classes up front at the beginning, the cost will be four months for the price of three months.

We call our classes the Keto Class to have a more catchy name! Lifestyle classes sounds kind of boring!! But our classes include 16 weeks of learning many advantageous lifestyle changes that can help people over come chronic diseases, prevent chronic diseases and help understand why and how so many areas of our lives can cause us to feel badly physically. We will have tasty treats so you can figure out if something tastes reasonable and if it is something you would want to incorporate into your lives and diet!
